Matching
Gifts
Many of you work for companies that will match your gift
to the Brandywine Health Foundation. These gifts may be
generated by an employee, retired employee, or his or her
spouse, from corporations with matching gift programs.
Matching gift forms are generally obtained from the company's
personnel or benefits office and forwarded to the Brandywine
Health Foundation by the donor along with their donation.
The foundation then verifies receipt of the gift on the
form and it is mailed to the employer for processing.
United
Way & Combined Federal Campaign
This year, you can choose the Brandywine Health Foundation
in the United Way Donor Choice Campaigns throughout our
region and the Combined Federal Campaign, too.
It’s easy! In the case of the United Way of Southeastern
Pennsylvania only, please use code #14448. For all other
United Ways, simply write the foundation’s name
on your Donor Choice form. If you are making your gift
through the Combined Federal Campaign, use code # 9113.
Please mail or fax us a copy of your form so that we
are able to record and acknowledge your generous support.
