This year, you can choose the Brandywine Health Foundation
in the United Way Donor Choice Campaigns throughout our region
and the Combined Federal Campaign, too.
It’s easy! In the case of the United Way of Southeastern
Pennsylvania only, please use code #14448. For all other United
Ways, simply write the Foundation’s name on your Donor
Choice form. If you are making your gift through the Combined
Federal Campaign, use code # 9113.
Please mail or fax us a copy of your form so that we are
able to record and acknowledge your generous support. Thank
