PHMC Community Needs Assessment Results
The Brandywine Health Foundation hired the Philadelphia Health
Management Corporation (PHMC), a well-respected regional research,
evaluation, and planning organization, to conduct a formal
assessment of the health care needs of the residents of central
and western Chester County. Completed in December, 2002, this
study has provided a guide to the Brandywine Health Foundation's
Grantmaking Committee and Board of Directors as they evaluated
and selected programs and services for funding during the last
several years.
