JoAnn L. Tarrant, of Thorndale

A licensed professional counselor in private practice since 2007, she is the past director of community based programs for New Life Youth & Family Services.  JoAnn received her B.A. from Neumann University and M.S. from West Chester University.  She serves on numerous boards and committees, including the American Red Cross Chester County Board; Chester County Suicide Task Force and CISM Team; Sweet Dreams Board and is Chairperson of the Coatesville Youth Initiative.
