The BHHC is scheduled to open in early 2008 on the main
street in Coatesville. The first
major development project in Coatesville in more than three
decades: the BHHC is a $12.8
million, 48,000 square-foot, four-story building that will
bring together ChesPenn Health
Services, Chester County Community Dental, the Child Guidance
Resource Center, and
Human Services, Inc. as well as low-income senior housing.
On July 18, 2007, more than 100 public officials and guests
attended the “Topping Off Ceremony” for the
Brandywine Health & Housing Center in Coatesville,
PA.
Attendees signed their names to the final piece of steel
before it was hoisted to the top of the building, pictured
