Frank (Chip) F. Breuninger Jr., Secretary, of Coatesville

Mr. Breuninger graduated from Coatesville Area Senior High School, and has worked in Coatesville his entire adult life, first for the Chester County Mutual Insurance Company and, since 1977, as president of F. Frederick Breuninger & Son Insurance Inc. He has also served on the board of directors of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and the Coatesville Country Club, and is the president of the Coatesville Health Development Corporation.
