Dr. David R. Noyes, of Sadsburyville
A career educator, who spent time as a teacher and administrator in the Coatesville Area School District and the Octorara Area School District, Dave retired as superintendent of schools of the Phoenixville Area School District in 2008. He then spent time as a full-time faculty member of Cabrini College where he served as Director of Educational Leadership and Principal Certification Programs.
