Ten years ago, if you were under- or uninsured and you were sick or your teeth hurt, there were few affordable options in Coatesville. Your alternatives were also limited if you or your family was struggling with behavioral health issues.  As the Brandywine Health Foundation celebrates its tenth anniversary, we are proud to have played a key role in expanding those options in Coatesville -- providing thousands of families with quality and affordable health care, dental care and behavioral health services.

Since we began, we have distributed over $10 million in grants and scholarships.  Together we are helping to improve health and encourage youth development in the greater Coatesville area.  In these unique economic times, we know that there are many worthwhile causes deserving of your charitable giving.  Your support of the foundation will help us continue to focus community resources on those local agencies that are doing the most effective job in providing a full range of health services for those most in need  and to continue to provide more coordinated youth programming.

We hope you will read the 10 Year Anniversary Community Report to learn more about how we are solving our community’s most pressing problems and remain dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of thousands of people in the greater Coatesville area today and in the years to come.  Clearly it has been a decade of significant achievement.  Yet our work is far from over.  With your support, we remain committed to investing our time, financial resources and expertise in programs and agencies that show the most promise to improve health outcomes for those most in need, making Coatesville the healthiest community in Pennsylvania.
