Dawn M. James received her BS in Finance from Albright College and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. She has been in a variety of executive positions with Vanguard since 1989 leading operations, governance functions and business process redesign programs. She is a past recipient of the Vanguard Management Award for Excellence.
